Instead of turning building societies into unsuccessful bankers which was the effect of the act of vandalisation by the Thatcher Government, they should have been confederated into a Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae at the county level and outsourced to Grameen for the introduction of Grameen principles for one-home owners in the UK.&lt;br&gt;

Class A means: the penalty imposed on the usurer is THREE TIMES the amount stolen! &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
And in the Bank of England Act 1694, the penalty is THREE TIMES the abusive trading. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
May our Early Day Motion 1297 "Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694" be enforced! &lt;br&gt;
